Turnaround Time

At Pinnacle Stitches, we understand the importance of timely delivery for our clients. Our standard turnaround time for most embroidery orders is typically 7-10 business days from the time we receive your finalized artwork and approved quote. However, turnaround time can vary depending on the complexity and size of the order.

Rush orders can often be accommodated for an additional fee, and we will do our best to meet your required deadline. However, we strongly recommend that you place your orders as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping time. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped based on the method you choose.

We are committed to keeping you informed about the status of your order. If there are any unexpected delays, we will communicate with you promptly and work out a solution.

Logo Digitizing Policy

Logo digitizing is a crucial step in the embroidery process. It involves converting your company's logo into a digital file format that can be read by our embroidery machines. This process allows us to precisely recreate your logo with thread, ensuring that every detail is captured accurately.

Digitizing is not as simple as scanning an image into a computer. It requires specialized software and a skilled technician who can map out each stitch direction and type, choose appropriate thread colors, and consider factors like fabric type and logo size. This meticulous process ensures that your embroidered logo will look professional, crisp, and consistent on every piece.

While there is a one-time additional fee for logo digitizing, it's important to note that this is a one-time cost. Once your logo has been digitized, we keep the file on record for any future orders, meaning you won't have to pay the digitizing fee again. This makes it a cost-effective investment, especially for businesses planning to place repeat orders.

We understand that adding an extra fee might not be ideal, but we assure you that this process is necessary to deliver the high-quality, professional embroidery that your brand deserves. We are committed to providing you with the best value and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Return Policy

At Pinnacle Stitches, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Due to the custom nature of embroidered clothing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part. If you receive a product that is defective or different from what was approved in your final proof, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, which may include replacing the defective item at no additional cost.

Before production begins, we provide a detailed proof for your approval to ensure that the design meets your expectations. We encourage you to review this proof carefully, as we are not responsible for errors (such as misspellings or color discrepancies) that were approved in the final proof.

We value your business and are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any problems and ensure that you are satisfied with our service.
