While there is a one-time additional fee for logo digitizing, it's important to note that this is a one-time cost. Once your logo has been digitized, we keep the file on record for any future orders, meaning you won't have to pay the digitizing fee again. We understand that adding an extra fee might not be ideal, but we assure you that this process is necessary to deliver the high-quality, professional embroidery that your brand deserves. Due to the custom nature of embroidered clothing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there has been an error on our part. If you receive a product that is defective or different from what was approved in your final proof, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, which may include replacing the defective item at no additional cost.

Before production begins, we provide a detailed proof for your approval to ensure that the design meets your expectations. We encourage you to review this proof carefully, as we are not responsible for errors (such as misspellings or color discrepancies) that were approved in the final proof.
